I am curious about the story with Venezuela. Old Hugo just got elected for another six years and there is always talk about how much he hates the U.S.

Really? What made Old Hugo hated US? Do you think US goverment done something wrong to him? I guess it's a political issue.

 I heard a news sometimes ago that, he said junior bush something like bad man. He really hates america. Honestly I dont like america too. Specially I dont like bush family.

Not liking Bush is one thing but not liking America as a whole is something different.  What makes you say that you don't like America??  Have you ever been to America and met Americans or your opinion is based on what you read in your local newspapers and see on local TV?

I agree with this. I've been to the US and worked with Americans here in Canada and by correspondence.

I dislike Bush, Rumsfeld, Cheney, Condi Rice and Ari Fleischer. But, I've enjoyed interacting with the vast majority of Americans that I've met.

I heard that some tourist were discouraged to visit some part of Mexico. Would you mind to share what particular part of Mexico is dangerous nowadays?

Last night on the TV news following the story of another Canadian killed in Mexico, the report said that the northern part of Mexico near the US border is dangerous due to gang activity.

I think Columbia and Venezuela are two places I would definitely not travel to right now.  Both countries are unstable and Venezuela for one is not on very good terms at all with the United States.
