    Inexpensive Trips

My father just went on a Flordia cruise for $200 for a week. Where have you found cheap cruises?

$200 for a week??  Had no clue that the prices went so low.

Yep, my mum can find all sorts of inexpensive cruises.  The trick is to find websites and magazines that cater to the cruise industry and then watch them.  Book early and, even though it'll cost you some extra, get inusrance, just in case you have something come up and you have to refund your tickets!

I suppose the $200 doesn't cover flying, but that's still great.  Can you give me more specific details?  We want to go on a cruise for our 10 year anniversary in March, so any advise or info. is welcome.  We don't have very much money, but want to go REALLY bad.

Did the $200 cover the entire cost of the cruise? I'm assuming that was during low season. Still, it's dirt cheap.

Was there a catch? Like was it one of those things are really cheap or sometimes free, in exchange for a period of listening to a sales person.

I think if you spend the time in some detailed research, the number of fabulous deals on a flight  or cruise is incredible.  A lot of people don't bother looking for something better, but the deals are definitely out there and we have to sometimes go digging for them.

Being in the US, I never thought about the possibility of cruising Florida or any other coastal area.  I didn't even know that was available!  Do they just cruise around the gulf area?

I'd think either the gulf or out into the Atlantic from the eastern coastline, but I'm not sure where

they'd actually go from there.  I think there are a few gambling cruises that go out into the ocean

but otherwise I don't know what the destination would be.

The cheapest cruise I've tried cost $350 for a week. Hoping to avail cheaper than that soon.

That sounds rather inexpensive, yes.  What was included and not included in that

price?  Where did the cruise depart from and sail to?

    Re: Inexpensive Trips

It's great to find good deals. I have heard though that if you book through a travel agent and something goes wrong like a company goes out of business, you're more likely to not loose money than if you booked something online.

I have no personal experience with this, thankfully.

    Re: Inexpensive Trips

It's a local cruise with all good quality facilities. It has a casino inside in which only businessman and high status in the society can afford. It travelled in the hundred Islands. You may spend more bucks in that cruise, there's no regret because it rally gives satisfaction.
