It's a good advantage if the wrong car given to me was the unexpected model such as BMW, Lexus and Volkwagen. At least it gives convenience and the feeling of high standard level. But If I received a wrong car and I disliked it, no doubts I'll surely report to the management.

We've rented a SUV when we are in a jungle tour some times ago. That failed at the center of jungle. I managed to take a lift with a truck. Haha, that was so funny.

 

It usually doesn't fall into getting the wrong car. Like if they don't have the car you ask for they will give you something else. But its always something else thats better than what you asked for.

Yeh we have gotten upgrades a time or two.  Otherwise we always got the car that was requested.  It's nice if you get an upgrade and somehow do not need to pay a higher price for a better rental car. 

Now that is cool to get an upgrade and not be charged for it, I wouldn't have anything to complain about,lol. I wouldn't expect them to charge me anyway because it was their fault.
