    Regardless of Age-Driving Experience?

If say, you happened to be an almost 30 years old who was only just learning to drive, and then you passed your test, would a company allow you to hire from them? You meet the age requirements already, but what about duration of driving experience? It would certainly make sense to limit your hiring policy so that people cannot get a license one day and hire a car the next, but do these limits exist?

This is a very good question.  To tell you the truth I don't think there is such limit.  At least not that I am aware of. The only restrictions I am aware of are for drivers less than 25 years old.

as long as you are 25 and olderm it doesn't matter when you got your license as long as you have one.

I would think that this is something that costs the companies. I heard some stories that suggest that many drivers, regardless of age, will have a bad accident within two years of getting their license, that it's just the lack of experience rather than age that causes that.

I realise that above age 25 you are at lower risk for accidents caused by, well, being a teenage idiot with too many hormones in your veins to stop you watching the girls on the footpaths instead of keeping your eyes on the road for instance, but new drivers are still at risk.
