    Re: People in Africa

I spent a day in Morocco, near Tangier, and it was lovely. Nice countryside, camels, pretty towns and villages, great food - I love couscous - and good music and dancing. I suppose it was very much geared up to the tourists, but then it was just a day trip from southern Spain. I would definitely go back though.

I've met people who go to Morocco every winter, to escape the European cold.

Actually, I think that Morocco has more of a Middle Eastern feel, than an African one.

The countries on the coast have a better chance for success. The ocean gives them a better climate, another food source, and better access to imported goods.

    Re: People in Africa

I was in Zimbabwe when was young (what for - that to parents was necessary on that to affairs to go and me with itself have taken) That I remember all : intolerable heat, clouds of flies which stick round sick local residents, and smiles on their persons, I could not understand why they smile living in not human conditions. Then after has understood... They have simply got used also other life do not know therefore and perceive the existence as due...

    Horror...
Who knows where we shall be tomorrow...
