Which region is your favorite food from?

Me, I like all Asian food: Indian, Thai, Chinese, Korean and Japanese.

I also like Mexican food.

As for Europe: I like French and Italian cuisine.

I like different foods but I simply cannot live without Thai, Japanese and seafood.  I am not a big fan of red meat so I try to avoid "meat only" restaurants.  French is not bad but usually way too heavy for me.

As for red meat - I'm not so mad about beef, but I do like lamb.

I don't really have a favorite... I like trying the local cuisine of wherever it is that I'm traveling.  I usually try to find out from the locals where the best places are to eat.  Travel guides are good sometimes, but people who live there always seem to know where to get the most incredible meals. 

I like trying the local cuisine, and enjoy most of it but some more than others.  I find some Scandanavian dishes pretty boring because I like spicy ...count me in for Mexican, Thai, Shzehuan, etc.

Indian curries, and greek food are my weaknesses. I also love traditional British food, but of course that pretty much only comes out of MY kitchen :D

Definitely Italian. Nothing can beat the good ol' spaghetti, pizza, lasagna, risotto, gelato... and I'm not talking about the American version of it either. I mean real, in-the-region cuisine that tastes even better if you reserve a table outdoors preferably next to the river with some fiddlers playing in the background.
