    How Long A Stay?

How long do you prefer to stay when you go on holiday?

I think 2 weeks is ideal - it gives you time to recover from travel and get into the holiday and enjoy yourself before that 'I'm going home soon' feeling sets in again.

    What do you think?

Two weeks is a bit much for me.  Our longer vacations are usually 8 or 9 days and that's all I can

handle.  I'm more than ready to get back into my routine by then.  If it's a shorter trip within my own

state, I prefer about 3 days.

Two weeks is a good amount of time for a general vacation trip, but there are some trips where I like to stay for longer.  I have been known to go away for a few months, you can get a better idea of the place and lifestyle that way.  I am also ofond of doing weekend or quick four day trips to visit friends or just see a place.

Well, I'm working abroad. One month is enough for me to enjoy and have fun with my family and friends. Last year, I went to Singapore for a week to visit and attend my bestfriend wedding.

For me, it really depends. If I go to an island resort in Bali, for example, five days is enough. For Tahiti, I could do one week because of the French experience. But if I go to France, I'd be planning to stay there as much as possible. I suppose it's just a matter of personal taste.
