    Same sex cruises

Has anyone ever been on same sex cruises? I heard that they actually have those around I think they just really started doing them but they do exist.

    Re: Same sex cruises

I have'nt travelled in a cruise where only the same sex are there. I guess it's not a good place for adventure. It would be great if all gender are in the cruise because there will be more fun and excitement.

    Re: Same sex cruises

I haven't been on one but I can see the attraction. As a divorcing woman, I am currently in no mood to be messed with by men. I have just about had my fill of the rubbish that has been thrown at me, and am glad to be single for a while. A single sex cruise, if the staff were also female, might be a nice break from the norm.

I think it's impossible to happen that all staffs are females. Who will operate the machines? If all passengers in a cruise are all females, it's a good advantage for lesbians.

    Re: Same sex cruises

That's a terribly sexist view! I think that woman could operate the machines just fine-plenty are strong enough and technically minded. Whether there are ENOUGH women in the business to operate a cruise like this is another matter, but still it is possible.

I agree that anything where there is a same sex congregation of people that homosexuality is still a possible for getting hit on, but that is the case anywhere in the world.

    Re: Same sex cruises

That was extremly sexiest to say. As if women aren't capable of saling  ship. I'm very sure that there are women out there who have sailed a cruise boast just as well as they have flown a plane.

    Either way

if its an all sex trip. IT would be good for lesbians and or gays. Or like you said Brit, for women who don't want to have anything to do with men at that moment.

I think it unlikely however that homosexual cruises would be the specific aim. You are more likely to find an audience with a bored and desperate housewives tour than anything.

    Re: Same sex cruises

I dont think that is true. There are many homosexual activities that society has put together I wouldn't see why there wouldn't a cruise

    Re: Same sex cruises

Meh, there may be merits but I don't like the sound of it. All women? Come on, the whole point of going on a cruise is to hang out with men Stick out tongue

    Re: Same sex cruises

I can see the advantages and disadvatages of a trip like this.  I think its a great idea if it a cruise based around seclusion, like a spa retreat type thing.  I would totally go for something like that.

That sounds sort of like a slumber party type scene! That would be cool, but not for very long. I'd go if it lasted a week or less.
