What have you found to be the best ways to earn additional airline miles?  I signed up for a survey program through a program I had an account with already and they award miles.  I have been using it along with NWA for about four months now and I earned enough miles to add to my account and buy a ticket!

We do grocery shopping, buy gas, etc. with credit cards that award Air Miles, so that's how we get more.

Mainly credit cards, but my dad travels a lot anyhow and has got tons of miles now. Not that he needs it, since the company pays for the airline tickets, but then I suppose he could use it for family travels.

If you're referring to Air Miles, those can be used for a wide variety of merchandise, too.

I am flying out tomorrow with the ticket I got from my miles.  I never have even looked at the other things I could get with my miles ricardo.  They always send a catalog, but I never look since I am always saving up for a ticket.

I've never looked into getting a plane ticket with the Air Miles.

Is it fairly flexible, or do you have to fly in an off-peak time?
