Can you believe they have an official map of all the public toilets?  This could come in VERY handy on a trip to Australia!

I wonder how popular that site is.  I must say that sometimes that information can come real handy.  Here is the site by the way http://www.toiletmap.gov.au/

Something to keep in mind...when they say public toilet they mean "public toilet" like a US port a potty.

Interesting, I have never heard anything about this.  Could be useful to someone that travels frequently.

you know, that'd be darned useful for ANY city... there's not a lot around that you don't have to pay to use by eating in the store, etc...

It would be a really good thing for all cities to have.  Do they actually have 'port-a-potty' type things on the streets for the public to use?  I know some countries have public batrhooms right on the sidewalk.

if you're travelling with little ones, this is a faboo resource = nothing worse than travelling with kids and having to either pay to duck into some cheap restaurant or look frantically for public washrooms!

That is just too amusing. That's the type of thing that you typically just think of as available when needed.

Cool. Another example of how the Internet brings information to the masses! Bet you wouldn't find such information in a book at the bookstore! Seems like you could travel around, backpackings and camping and just use public toliets. Now wouldn't that be an interesting trip?
