    Sailing

I did like this post in your blog about sailing in the carrabean.

    http://www.faremax.com/forums/blogs/newsletter/archive/2006/04/07/496.aspx

I would however prefer a relaxing sailing experienece there and just lie there on a larger sailing boat and get a good tan off the water...

How about everyone else..action packed or relax and tan?

Had a friend catch a Hurricane when he sailed in the Carribean... they hunkered down on an island...boat stayed anchored off shore...now that is action packed.

    Re: Sailing

I personally prefer action packed vacations.  I went on my only cruise about 2 years ago and found it to be a little boring while at sea.

I'm a "lay back and forget the world" type of sailor. So for me it's got to be relax and tan. Although I'm not too bothered on the tan so I guess relax and drink does it for me. Big Smile [:D]

    Re: Sailing

I like to actually do the sailing so I am going to go with action packed.  However it is possible for you to have both, which I like to myself.  If you hire a boat with partial crew you can sail it yourself when you want or leave it to your skeleton crew and lay on the deck catching some rays.  Works out well for both parties, especially you!
