    Driving on the Wrong side of the Road

    This was from another thread but it got me wondering. Does anyone know what percentage of the world drives on the left, and how much drives on the right?

    I found an interesting read here if you care to read it;
    http://www.straightdope.com/classics/a3_021b.html

    According to them, basically y'all went to the other side of the road to rebel. Naughty colonists!

    Re: Driving on the Wrong side of the Road

    There are countries where drivers are on the right side such as Brunei, Malaysia, Indonesia and more. I think if you'll visit these places, you'll need to practice first driving on the right side. It's hard to adjust if you're used to drive on the left side.

    Nepal is also a country where you need to drive in right hand. But I've seen some buses and cars with the left hand.

    If you are driving on the wrong side of the road in your own country, i dont think you should be driving at all.
