    Montana

Has anyone ever been to Montana? What is it most famous for and would it be worthwhile to take some time out and visit? I'm an American but this is one states I've never been to, but I would like to simply because I expect it'll be very different from where I've lived in and also because Radersburg is the hometown of my favorite actress.

I have never been there but I know you can see it from Mt. Hood in Washington.  I think there is a lot of open space and several national parks to explore.  Let us know how your trip goes.  Oh, you might want to check out the National Geographic website, a year ago they did a fifty state visit and I remember them featuring some hot spring baths in Montana, looked great.

Hot spring bath in Montana? Sounds fabulous! Oh, I should visit Yellowstone National Park if I go there... I get a great time visiting the Grand Canyon in AZ and I imagine it would be a similar experience, being really close to the grandeur of natural landscape. I don't know when I would go though. I'd have to go out of my way to visit!

Well I think a place as natural and beautiful as Montana would be a great place to see year round.  But I would definitely want to visit in the summer if I only had one chance to go.  Should be grorgeously green around that time and you would get to see a lot of the flora and fauna.
